From working with the logistics team to resolving any customer issues, Georgia and her team are always looking for ways to improve the Tiger customer experience.

Tell Us a Bit About Yourself?
I am an optimistic person and I always strive to bring positive vibes – whether that’s at work, with friends or at home. I have a lovely, incredible daughter and I love a long, sun-packed holiday: and sometimes the one means I need the other!
What is Your Role at Tiger?
I lead the customer sales and support team for Tiger. We’re the team answering calls and emails and generally helping customers the best we can. We work closely with the logistics team so that customer orders are delivered on time, resolving issues, and taking any feedback to ensure our service is always improving.
Describe a Typical Day at Tiger?
The day starts with planning the work for each teammate and making sure everybody knows if there are any new events happening (new building launches, product offers and so on). If there is anything specific customers need to know or traffic delays for deliveries for example – we contact them to keep them informed as best as possible. I spend a lot of my day helping my team of advisors with questions and resolving potential issues, and ensuring we are answering all calls and emails in a timely manner.
What Motivates You?
In the Tiger team we have a genuine drive to ensure customers are happy: that motivation runs through all of us, and in turn makes us happy and want to come into work.
What’s The Best Part of your Job?
It’s great to be thanked by customers when we have done a good job – when everything runs smoothly, or even when it doesn’t (it can happen, even at Tiger!) and we make it right. Making a difference is what counts.
How Long Have You Worked at Tiger?
I started in January 2021 so a good few years now.
What Has Been Your Favourite Project?
I liked working on the Tiger stand at the RHS Show at Tatton Park. It was great meeting customers and interested browsers in person.
What Are You Most Proud of in Your Work So Far at Tiger?
I have made a lot of progress since I started as an advisor in 2021. But I am also very proud of the people I work with; we are like a little family. Some of my team moved on to other roles in Tiger, and I am very proud to have helped them achieve that.
What Do You Like About Working at Tiger?
No day is the same, and the people here are great to work with.
What’s Your Favourite Tiger Building?
I really like the look of the Lana Corner Cabin, but from a purely selfish point of view it would have to be the Tiger Shiplap Apex Shed and the Tiger Shiplap Pent Shed. They are popular, really well made and customers love them. They have loads of great reviews and it’s easy to see why. Simple, classic and easy to build. A customer service dream!
