Pick A Day

This service is available on all TigerFlex® buildings and selected other Tiger® structures.

You will be able to select your preferred delivery date from a calendar of available days as you progress through the order checkout. Usually the lead time on these products is a minimum of 5 working days, but you can select dates well into the future if you need to.

Please note: If you order a garden shed or log cabin outside of our delivery zone, the lead time can be extended. Please contact us for further information. Once goods have been delivered, they are your responsibility.

Delivery Lead Times

The lead times shown on specific product pages are a guide the time it will take Tiger to manufacture your timber garden building. As you know, we make to order so the wood needs to be milled, shaped, joined into doors, windows, and other tongue & groove panels, finished, and packed and then dispatched on a delivery run to your area. We will make every effort to complete on time but please note that lead-time delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and can vary to be both earlier or later than this guide time.

We do not consider the estimated delivery dates as part of the contract and are under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver unless the delay

  • Is attributable to us
  • Is considered unreasonable and no delivery date can be stated
  • you have specifically made ‘time of the essence’ in writing.

DELIVERY CHARGES

There will be no delivery charge for the delivery service providing you are based within the stated free delivery postcode zone as shown on the Delivery Maps above (and on the postcode search). Please note if you order a garden building outside of its standard free delivery zone, the lead time may be extended. Adding certain upgrades may also affect the overall lead time of your order – this information will be shown as you place your order. If you require any delivery information, please contact us through the website or call 0113 2054189 during office hours.

On Delivery

The delivery of goods will take place at the address you have specified in the order. When the delivery arrives at the specified address someone over 18 years of age must be present to accept it and the delivery must be signed for. Alternatively, an agreement can be made prior to delivery whereby written confirmation, in the form of an email to customersupport@tigersheds.com stating permission is provided to drop the goods off at your given address without the requirement to have anyone present to sign for them.

If a delivery is made and nobody is there to sign for the product (unless a pre-agreement has been signed allowing Tiger Sheds to leave the product without a signature upon arrival), the product will be returned to our warehouse. In these circumstances the purchaser will be held responsible for paying all redelivery costs.
