According to data collected by YouGov for the Horticultural Trades Association, 84% of British adults believe gardens and green spaces benefit their physical health (see the infographic below). This is supported by the Royal Horticultural Society, which recently ran a campaign to help people get more "Vitamin G" - a term used to highlight the potential benefits of gardening. To help make the best of your garden, we recently ran the Space to Grow campaign alongside the RHS' National Gardening Week.
