Easter Egg Office Fun!
Published: 23/03/2016

We had a bit of an office eggstravaganza! Easter weekend is the perfect time to enjoy being creative either by yourself, with friends or as a nice family activity. Here at Tiger Sheds we all had a go at making our very own egg designs and had a lot of fun doing it. Somehow, it turned into a competition on who had the best idea and the coolest design! Probably a good way to make it even more egg-citing. It's a fairly straight forward activity but here is how we made our eggs and how we got on. We hope it gives you some inspiration for a fun activity to do over the Easter weekend and gives you some ideas on what designs you could do.
What you will need
- Loads of coloured sharpies and crafts. Literally, the sky is your limit when it comes to the crafts.
4. Polystyrene Eggs or boiled eggs. We went for the polystyrene eggs as we personally felt that they would be more suitable as an office project but at home it could be more fun to boil the eggs!
An easy-peasy guide on how to make them
Step 1: Lay down newspaper over your surface. During our project we found that the sharpies made a lot of mess, so laying down newspaper or scrap paper will prevent any unwanted marks or mess.
Step 2: Pick your desired egg design. Go as egg-streme as you wish ;). Here are some of the office's designs. Step 3: Begin your design by colouring or painting your egg.
Step 4: Add in eyes, stick on ladybirds, give them legs...The possibilities are endless!
Step 5: Show off your eggs to the world :)
You could even use your egg as a work mascot to cheer you through the day.
