Garden Pergola Prize draw rules
The prize for the draw are as follows ("Prize"): the top prize is a 10'x10' Garden Pergola, normally £432.99, without charge. The Garden Pergola Prize Draw is only available to UK residents. There is no charge for entry. All orderers within the eligible period will be automatically entered into the draw. This includes orderers made either direct through tigersheds.com or over the phone on 0113 205 4189, or through one of the Tiger network showsites listed at tigersheds.com/showsite/ .To enter the Prize Draw without ordering a product, simply request a Tiger brochure. Entrants must be over 18 years of age. The eligible period runs for 24hrs on 16th May 2024 only. ending at 11.59pm. Employees and immediate family members of employees of either Tiger, 3rd party suppliers and their associated companies, professional advisers, advertising, and promotional agencies are not eligible to take part in the Prize Draw. Only one entry per person is permitted. The winner will be selected at random by 30th May 2024. Tiger shall notify the selected winner by email within 14 days of the Prize Draw. If the Prize is declined or unclaimed by a winner, or if the winner cannot be contacted from the details supplied within 10 working days of notification a replacement winner may be drawn at Tiger’s discretion and will be notified by the website. The original entry that was drawn will then be forfeited. Prize is non-transferable, and is not exchangeable for cash . The name of the winner will be available upon receipt of an email sent to us. We shall ask the winner to take part in any associated publicity relating to the Prize Draw, where required, but it will not be compulsory. Tiger cannot accept responsibility for or liability arising from participants taking part in the Prize Draw or for the Prize. Tiger gives no warranty or guarantee in relation to the Prize. To the fullest extent that may be excluded by the law Tiger accepts no responsibility for or liability arising from entrants taking part in the Prize. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
