Crafted by us, configured by you – The TigerFlex® Apex garden shed is a truly unique and flexible building where you can choose exactly where you want to position the door and windows. The panels are modular allowing you to fit each panel on any side in any position and the door can be hung either right or left hinged. Despite the modular design, quality is not compromised. The superior grade shiplap cladding is 12mm thick and the extra thick 44x28mm framing ensures the building is strong and lasts the distance. The windows are fitted with toughened glass as standard, for added resilience and a quality finish. The building comes with extra high eaves ensuring there is ample height within the building so most people won’t have to stoop when inside. The shed sits on floor joists to lift the building off the ground. There is also heavy duty black mineral roofing felt with the shed as standard to protect it from the elements and facias, bargeboards and corner strips finish off this attractive garden building.

It is essential that this Flex Apex shed is assembled strictly in accordance with the instructions supplied on a firm and level base constructed from a suitably durable material. It should also be treated shortly after assembly and then annually thereafter with an appropriate high quality preservative and all glazing units must be sealed, inside and out, with silicone or other water tight sealant.

Tiger buildings are constructed with shiplap cladding, which is superior tongue & groove timber board with a flush-fit finish. Each solid plank is 12mm thick with scalloping to help prevent water ingress. A smooth, solid, strong barrier pre-treated to meet our high quality standards.
All Tiger sheds are made with tongue & groove timber boards throughout – no cheap and crumbly OSB board at all (unlike some companies we could mention). Our timber is sustainably sourced. We use slow grown European softwood, cut in our woodmill to a high grade.
Tiger garden buildings come with TigerFelt® as standard. This is a thicker, polyester-backed high-grade mineral felt to provide a reliable, weatherproof barrier with reduced wear and tear. Only premium quality roofing felt will do!
We use slow-grown timber in our framing to provide the sturdy support your shed needs. Sustainably sourced, it’s over an inch thick, and rounded for a smoother finish. Slow-grown timber is better quality, and the heavyweight 28x44mm thickness will help the building stand the test of time.
All Tiger buildings come with solid, coated steel fittings for a secure, elegant finish for your peace of mind. Unlike many competitors, all Tiger buildings come with a free door pull as standard.
Beware of imitations which use cheaper styrene plastic windows (which tend to ‘mist’ over time). All Tiger windowed sheds & summerhouse come with 3mm thick toughened glass as standard. This glazing is more shock and heat resistant than normal shed windows, making your Tiger all the more durable. TigerFlex® models also arrive with the glass pre-fitted, making assembly even easier!
We treat our timber with TigerSkin, a specially formulated preservative, developed over many years – for a non-greasy weatherproof seal. This pre-treatment applied to the wood and then carefully dried to give your shed an extra layer of protection 365 days a year.
Your Tiger garden building is simple to put together, using the helpful instructions available, and will look great on a firm & level base constructed from a suitably durable material. We also offer an installation service for all Tiger log cabins.

Absolutely! The innovative modular design does NOT compromise on quality. TigerFlex buildings are made with exactly the same high grade timber, using the same high quality materials, with exactly the same roofing felt, ironmongery and treatment as all other Tiger buildings - and in the same Yorkshire workshops too!
Yes: unlike conventional sheds, the modular TigerFlex range comes with pre-fitted windows in their panels for ease of assembly, and these are part-beaded (on either side).
TIgerFlex components are a lot more portable and easier to handle that large conventional shed panels, and they are designed to fit through any standard doorway. Provided that you don't have any sharp turns etc to accommodate, you shouldn't have any issues taking the parts through your house. However, for insurance reasons the delivery driver would not be able to assist you with moving the parts through your property.
Every Tiger model has a set of helpful instructions to help assemble the building. A copy will be sent with your delivery, but there will be an electronic version on the product page in the DOWNLOADS section you can access. All the instructions can also be found in the Help Section in the Instructions library.
Yes, you can select your preferred delivery day for your TigerFlex building when you order. Just pick a date from the calendar in the online checkout (or discuss with your sales team advisor if you order by phone), and this will be shown in your Order Confirmation receipt email.
For TigerFlex buildings, you can also book a delivery for a Saturday (deliveries are available up to 2pm).
It is essential that all garden buildings are assembled on a firm and level base constructed from an appropriate and durable material.
Without the correct base, buildings may be very difficult to assemble. In many cases, an incorrect base may lead to future deterioration of the product if assembly cannot be completed correctly as a result. Problems may include doors dropping out of square and becoming difficult to open and close, and/or water leakage.
Assembling a garden building on an incorrect base is also likely to invalidate any guarantee that your product may carry.
