The log thickness means that heat is retained exceptionally well in winter, while the full length glazed windows and doors allow for the cabin to be fully lit up during those warm summer nights.
BEWARE OF CHEAP IMITATION LOG CABINS:
Unlike many budget competitor products, Procas Log Cabins are built with only the highest quality materials and many log cabins in the market simply cannot compare!
- PROCAS LOG CABINS feature high-grade 44mm interlocking planned and finished logs – beware of log cabins that feature rough edged boards machined from poor quality timber.
- PROCAS LOG CABINS feature a specially designed 4-way chamfered notch-joint system ensuring a tight fit to all boards with little room for damp or wind penetration – beware of log cabins that feature square cut logs with square notch-joint, often leaving a sloppy joint with large visible gaps.
- PROCAS LOG CABINS feature factory fitted pressure treated weatherproof heavy duty floor joists – beware of log cabins with untreated floor joists which offer no protection against damp penetration at floor level or worse still cabins that come with no floor joists at all.
- PROCAS LOG CABINS feature heavy duty green mineral roofing felt as standard, with the easy option to upgrade to premium quality roof shingles – beware of log cabins that come with no roof covering, leaving the log cabin completely open to the elements.
- PROCAS LOG CABINS feature oversized extra large doors and windows – most competitor log cabins use narrow doors which can prove difficult for access.
- PROCAS LOG CABINS feature key-lockable opening windows and all doors and windows are professionally draft sealed – beware of log cabins with cheap, ill-fitting doors and windows that cannot be properly secured and are susceptible to the weather.
- PROCAS LOG CABINS feature high quality glazing which is factory silliconed and internally beaded to all doors and windows – beware of log cabins that feature lesser quality materials and provide no window beading.
- PROCAS LOG CABINS feature a generous all round roof overhang which protects the building from severe conditions – beware of log cabins with little or no roof overhanging leaving them vulnerable to the wind and rain.
It is essential that our log cabins are assembled strictly in accordance with the instructions supplied on a firm and level base constructed from a suitably durable material. Our log cabins should also be treated as soon as is practical after assembly and then annually thereafter with an appropriate high quality preservative.

Very happy with the log cabin, Delivery was spot on nice fella made him tea not sure if the instructions could be easier but it’s built The materials are cut exactly to the correct size and good quality So far so good Just need to paint it now

Very nice cabin. Kit supplied complete with more than enough screws, felt and shingles to complete the build. One small issue during the build with 10 pieces that didn't have a female cutout on them to join to the male sections. this held us up a few hours as we had to cut the cutouts by hand, hence the 4 stars not 5

The cabin sections were delivered fully wrapped up against the heavy rain. I was delighted to find that the windows and doors were fully glazed. All of the sections were well made and seemed to fit together perfectly. The roof shingles were a nice finishing touch. I would certainly recommend Tiger Sheds to anyone.

Very pleased with my log cabin and the service by the sales and inquiries team. My only complaint was the length of time it took to deliver it, instead of 28 working days it took 40 which meant the weather had severely deteriorated for construction. Also the instructions were virtually non-existent which in turn added confusion and lengthened the building process. But with all said and done a fantastic cabin we will enjoy for years to come. Highly recommended and worth the money.

I'm very happy with the Log Cabin. It's solid, well built and extremely spacious. I spent a little extra for the install team but it was well worth it. The cabin was erected in just 5 hours by the team.

Ordered a fairly large log cabin and managed to build the cabin ourselves(it took 2 days). Only nag, more detailed instructions would help, especially for the eaves and roof. Having said that, my sons so chuffed they built the Cabin, he's asked can he put it on his c.v! Great company, kept you informed of progress, the after care service is also exceptional. Thank you

What a fantastic company, emailed to confirm delivery date was fine, we also got the fitters from Tiger Sheds to fit it and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. The 2 fitters were at my house waiting on log cabin being delivered and they were very helpful and done a great job, so so pleased I chose this company! Would definitely recommend.

They emailed to confirm all the details were correct, we received another email to say it was in the manufacturing stage and then a further email to confirm delivery. I've completed building the Procas Log Cabin and I have to say I'm absolutely delighted with the finished product. The quality of the materials used and the machining tolerances of all the components are first class! Uniquely protected to stand the test of time
We’re not afraid to say it – our sheds aren’t the cheapest. But they’re the best value. You get what you pay for. Here are just few of the features you only get with a Tiger:
- Thicker wood cladding: Ours is 9mm (overlap) and 12mm (shiplap tongue-and-groove). Both far thicker than the industry standard.
- Thicker frames: At least 44x28mm – twice as thick as others. Because thicker frames mean tougher sheds.
- Fully-boarded roof and floors: Using flakeboard (OSB) chipboard would be cheaper, but it would also be more likely to rot and sag. So, we don't
- Rounded-corner frames: Rough cut frames are prone to warping, splitting and giving splinters. So, we take the time to round each one.
- Higher roofs: Tiger's don't stoop so our roofs let you stand tall – even our eaves are a healthy height.
- Pre-hung doors: You can put up your Tiger without hanging around.
