"I couldn't be more delighted that Tiger Sheds has come on board as our lead sponsor. Tiger's enthusiasm and commitment have
given me tremendous confidence that this year will be our best yet

What really excites me about this partnership is that Tiger are actual shed manufacturers - they understand the craft, the
passion, and the community from the inside out. They're not just slapping their name on it; they genuinely care about what we're
doing and want to help it grow. With their network of showsites across the country, we'll be able to reach more local communities
than ever before.

The fact that this is our 20th anniversary makes it even more special - it feels like the perfect moment for a fresh start with a
partner who truly gets what Shed Of The Year is all about. I'm looking forward to welcoming hundreds of incredible entries,
discovering new talent, and celebrating the very best of British shed culture.

With Tiger's backing and this milestone anniversary, I genuinely believe 2026 will be a landmark year that sets us up beautifully
for the next twenty years."

Shed Of The Year Entry Terms & Conditions

By submitting an entry to and/or participating in this Competition, all Participants acknowledge and agree that they are happy for their submission and personal
contact details to be shared with, and to be contacted by the Promoter or appointed third parties in administering the prizes.

Each Participant confirms that the Participant will abide by the Promoter's rules in relation to the Competition as may be provided to each Participant by the
Promoter from time to time, and further acknowledges that subject to the number of entries submitted thereto, the "categories" in which the
Sheds are judged may change.

The Promoter's decision regarding the Competition rules and the judge's decision in relation to the Competition shall be final in all respects, and not subject to
dispute. No purchase necessary.

Entry into Shed Of The Year 2026 is open to participants who submit a minimum of 6 images of their sheds (external & internal shots) along with text about their
sheds. Any sheds without images after the closing date will not be eligible for the entry this year. Only participants who are resident in the UK (and Ireland) are
eligible to win the "Shed Of The Year" title & prizes. To be eligible for the additional regional prizes, entries must include the postcode of the shed location. For the
specific extra Tiger Shed category, only authentic Tiger garden buildings will be eligible for entry – simply check the Tiger box when entering your chosen category
to be considered for the extra Tiger Shed prize.

A shortlist of sheds will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by readersheds.co.uk, then a public vote will be on the Readersheds.co.uk website to find the
category winners - then a final judging panel to find the overall winner.

Regional winners will drawn from across all the categories, and will be decided by the judging panel only, and will not be subject to public vote.

The Promoter is Andrew Wilcox/readersheds.co.uk and all Participants agree to receive occasional emails from readersheds.co.uk about Shed Week and information
about my shed – which can be opted out of. The Sponsors are Tiger Sheds, with additional Category Sponsors Protek, St. Gemma’s Hospice, Horsforth Brewery and
British Garden Centres. The Sponsor(s) or Prize Provider(s) – if different to the Sponsors - will NOT be permitted to use any contact details for marketing purposes
without the express consent of the Participant.

The Participant acknowledges and agrees that, by submitting/uploading a photograph for the Competition, he/she thereby grants an exclusive, irrevocable,
perpetual and royalty-free licence to the Promoter and the Sponsor(s) to use and reproduce entry collateral and details (excluding personal information). Images
supplied must be genuine and not retouched or affected by AI or CGI.
The Participant warrants to the Promoter, the Sponsor(s) and any third-party Prize Provider(s) that any submitted/uploaded photograph is the result of his/her
original work and that the use and reproduction of the photograph does not and will not infringe any intellectual property rights owned by third parties.

The Participant agrees to indemnify the Promoter, the Sponsor(s) and Prize Provider(s) in full in relation to any and all losses, costs or expenses which may be
suffered by it in connection with any breach of this warranty by the Participant. By participating in this Competition, all Participants are deemed to
give their consent to the Promoter, the Sponsor(s) and the Prize Provider(s) to appear in future publicity materials or other promotional events and
activities related to this Competition.

The Participant will not submit obscene or offensive material. Any obscene or offensive material will be removed and the Participant's account deleted. Acceptance
of these terms by the Participant and the Promoter does not constitute an obligation on the Promoter's part to use the Participant's image/text on this website or in
other media. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, the Sponsor(s) and the Prize Provider(s) exclude: 1. all conditions, warranties and other terms
which might otherwise be implied; and 2. any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any Participant in connection with this
Competition. This shall not be deemed to exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury directly resulting from the negligence of the Promoter, the
Sponsor(s), the Prize Provider(s) or their employees or agents. shedblog.co.uk & readersheds.co.uk takes privacy seriously.
