I ordered a shed for my allotment , I discussed with delivery dept the restrictions of access and they arranged approciate vehicle. The shed arrived on day specified with text to delivery time informed by driver of delay due to traffic delays.The quality was excellent the assembly instructions clear and diagrams clear.Delighted with the finished item. The staff at all times were helpful and polite.The shed wasn't the cheapest but the quality surpassed all others in them market so was good value.

shed was easy to erect on my own level base , only a slight modification to Tigers base as it was 20mm too wide and side would not mate up correctly. in general the shed was easy to assemble following the instructions supplied , sturdy building, good quality at a very competitive price, would recommend and buy from tiger sheds again .good overall service, happy with my purchase.

I have to say, I'm so pleased I ordered this shed from Tiger. Not only are they a local company to myself, which I would rather support, than a big National business, but they also kept me informed every step of the way. Also, they offered advise before my shed came flat packed as to how to lengthen it's life etc. On the day of delivery, the two Yorkshire lads were full of beans and so very helpful, even explaining how to protect the underside of the floor, which too, would also make it last longer. They carried the panels right into my garden as I have a disability and left it in a convenient place for when my husband starts the assembly process. We could tell from the weight of the panels and the old shed we had previously from a high street catalogue company, that the Tiger shed had been built with enthusiasm for 'their' job, and each part had handwritten writing on which we assume will aid in assembling the shed. The old shed is currently in the process of being dismantled, but the weather keeps hampering progress. I'm positive at the outlook for my new Tiger shed and definitely don't foresee any issues. Can't wait to finally have a sturdy room for our tools and garden equipment. I have no hesitation in recommending Tiger, despite reading some bad reviews. It certainly wasn't my experience at all. Also, I got an email after my shed was delivered, to present me with a certificate saying I had just contributed to planting trees in Africa, as they partner with Ripple - and for every garden building they sell, they donate towards the planting of these trees - Ripple are planting trees due to the devastating deforestation taking place across the world. So this makes me even more happy that I bought from Tiger. Thanks again to the team keeping me in the loop, keep doing what you're doing.
