Had to call Tiger to help customize my shed as I was uncertain of completing online. This was a quick process. Although I was given a long lead time I was continually updated with progress of my order and shed arrived exactly as stated. Shed arrived in excellent condition. Driver was professional and very knowledgeable and pointed out some of the details for building the shed. Straightforward accurate build and quick to complete. Very pleased!

Tiger shed easy to erect , I used screws instead of the nails supplied , for peace of mind , damage when shed was delivered, but was soon replaced with new parts excellent service ,

Ordered two Rho 44mm log cabins with double glazing, gutters and EPDM roofing. Delivered in the time frames specified during ordering, and placed on the drive way as conveniently as the limited reach hiab could manage. Once unpacked, quality felt great and construction began. Instructions were good enough, and these can be put together by one person, apart from lifting the windows and doors in place (possibly due to the double glazing). Everything went together as it should. There was an error on the EPDM roofing that came direct from the supplier (they only sent one roof rather than two), a quick call to Tiger Sheds and the missing roof was sent the next day, so all good. Both cabins now built and painted (inside and out), and really happy with the results. Can’t fault the customer support team, post sales when confirming delivery, and when the roofing error was realised, they were always super helpful.

Bought a 12 x 8 log cabin with double doors, and upgraded double glazed glass in the doors. The cabin is great and although hard work to build, the instructions and online video helped.
