From viewing, ordering, delivery and installation all first class. The shed is strong, neat and good looking. The chaps took our old shed down, loaded onto the truck, swept up and took that with them, all in 45 minutes and it was a big shed. The new shed was delivered on time and the lads came out the same day even though they weren't meant to come until the morning after. They had the shed up in an hour and a half. Hard working, polite and friendly team from the top to the bottom. Can't fault anything. One very satisfied customer. Thankyou 👍

On the positives, the structure is superb! Well built, great quality, nothing feels cheap - i feel for the price, this is absolutely superb! The delivery driver was also outstanding. Incredibly helpful and friendly, he couldn't do enough to help, a real asset to your team and to the overall experience. Only a couple of moans that shouldn't detract from an otherwise very happy experience. Firstly, the instructions are poor. ...The doors are supposed to be built into the frame and once the walls are several courses high be lifted and lowered into place..... maybe because we went for double glazed made it heavier but this method proved impossible because of the weight. We ended up removing the doors and lowering the frame into place and then reattaching the doors, this method proving successful. My last moan is that I wanted to order blinds for the doors and so I emailed customer service several weeks before delivery asking for the width of the glass of the doors..... I never had a reply, which was disappointing.

This is my second Tiger Shed. The quality is great and it all fits together easily. Nice wood, no knots. I did substitute screws for the nails supplied as that is my preference. I wish the packing blocks were screwed on as they would be easier to remove. I liked the new Tiger finials- very smart.

Good quality sturdy bike store. Went together nicely although the instructions were not clear. I managed to put it together alone in a few hours. Very happy with the result. No sway in the shed whatsoever and the all panels well made. Would definitely use these guys again.

Shed was up in a few hours, after delivery. Was easy to put together (2 people) Delivery organisation and drivers were great to deal with. Just awaiting for my shed Shed Preserver so I can paint it. But its already a fabulous addition to the garden. 👌
