Have to admit that I was a bit sceptical when reading all the good reviews about the customer service. There was no need to be. Delivery was notified as being within a window of 9-11a.m and the shed arrived promptly at 9. The driver insisted that he offload himself and stacked the parts for me at the side of the house. He was extremely helpful and polite and, basically, couldn't do enough for me. Shed appears excellent (not tried construction yet as the site hasn't been cleared fully). All parts crosschecked, by the driver, before I was asked to sign and he left. Faultless service. Would not hesitate to use again, so don't be sceptical with this firm!

I ordered a an 8x6 shiplap apex garden shed and asked for delivery within a three day window no problem even a two hour window on that day, brilliant delivery when it arrived the driver asked me where to it off I said where ever he could as I had put my back out, no problem he insisted on taking it through to the back garden. Once my back was ok the shed practically put itself up and I’m 64, best sheds, best staff = best company one word of warning when I first looked on the web site it was £279 when I went to order it, it had gone up to £299 and now it has gone down to £285 (bummer) so if you see it at a discount BUY IT

My 8x6 shiplap apex is my second tiger shed - it came in only 4 days and I managed to erect it single-handed. I am very pleased with the finished result and quality of product.

Although it was nowhere near 8 working days to delivery, we were in no rush as the base was not ready. When it arrived, it was fantastic - a really nice solid shed, easy to put together (according to my husband who managed alone). The finished product looks really goos, and the people at Tiger were very helpful when we added the window box to our order. Would definately recommend Tiger Sheds.

Order to delivery was super slick. The delivery guys were so helpful and friendly. The quality of the shed is superb and the instuctions were clear and easy to follow. The only issue I had was that I hadn't made sure the base was as level as it could have been, but that was all my doing. if you do the base yourself, make sure you take time to make sure it's level. It advises that you do this in the instructions (and I thought I'd get away with it!). If you want a shed, get a Tiger shed. Like Tony the Tiger says, "They're Great!!"

Communication excellent. They phoned to ask if a certain day for delivery would be ok and then they delivered when they said. Very easy to erect, it took 2 of us about an hour and a half although it could have been put up by only 1 if needed. Very nice shed, would definitley recommend.

Decided to buy your product rather than visit B&Q warehouse, just down the road. Really impressed, right from initial order,telephoned and progress via e-mail. Our new shed is perfect! It fit's perfectly in the garden, all the materials were there and was easy to build. Best of all was the delivery man- really helpful, kind and considerate. It is rare that people want to take the time to help so very pleased all round.

For such a low price I was expecting to be a little disappointed with the quality of the shed. But when I started assembling it I was pleasantly surprised. It went together very easily and feels quite sturdy. The only thing I would comment on would be the way the plastic windows are supposed to be fitted, just using panel pins to hold them in. I found that by using some wooden beading and silicone sealant its a much better and more weatherproof job. Delivery was first class too as it arrived exactly when predicted. Highly recommended.

I bought this shed for the great price and also because of all the positive feedback that they had received. Now that my shed has been delivered I can see why. The driver was very helpful and spoke highly of the company. The quality is excellent, especially for the price. I managed to build the shed in a few hours as all the panel fitted together perfectly. I have applied a few coats of meduim oak shed preserver but might need a few more coats to cover the stain that was on it. I ordered my shed on 27/09/11 and took delivery on 20/10/11 so not quite the 8 days but worth the wait. 10 out of 10 for price and quality.

Excellent product for the price. I'll probably replace the plastic windows for glass before long otherwise I'm really pleased with my shed. Delivery was bang on time - the driver extremely helpful and the shed very easy to erect, although I had ed a spot that ended in me having to push the shed into it's final position - moving it about 1foot - not a real problem if you plan for it!! Thank you Tiger!

I am very pleased with my 6x4 shiplap shed. Cheaper sheds are available but for this quality of construction the Tiger shed is excellent value for money. The delivery driver was first class. He could not have done more to keep me informed when he would arrive and placed it just where I wanted. I managed to erect it on my own in about six hours, including applying several coats of creosote, although a larger shed would be more difficult to handle. The surface had been treated with some red stain so after applying light brown creosote it has gone a bit orange but is gradually mellowing to a less garish golden colour.

A friend recommended Tiger Sheds Shiplap over a traditional overlap shed. Been very pleased with the quality and finish of this product. It's sturdy and solid. However the window panel with 4 panes is a little fragile, but I will probably screw a supporting beam across the length. very easy to put together so very pleased!

Excellent shed! I was looking for a larger shed to replace a smaller one... looked at the DIY outlets and online... was even considering making one myself from timber(but have you seen the price of New Timber now?). Had almost settled on one from a rival on the internet, then a friend recommended Tiger. I was particularly impressed with the roof... proper planks rather than the OSB roof offered by the other company.... Tiger were also having a sale so order placed, and arrived exactly when I had specified. Construction easy in 2 hours with the assistance of two friends. Only issue, No key for the lock, must have become loose in transit, informed Tiger and a new key sent by return! Thanks, (the only disappointment is that a friend of a friend thought a Tiger Shed that we had built was a shed FOR a Tiger, not a shed made BY Tiger!!)

The shed is first rate...certainly the best quality at the best price. The delivery lead time was a little on the inaccurate side and to be requested not to contact them when it is late is a little annoying. That said the delivery time was still better than the competition and the delivery guys were excellent and on time within there 2 hour slot when the day finally arrived. I would certainly recommend them, as would my mate who helped put it together...very well made.

Very happy with the shed. 10x6 shiplap. Good quality, arrived within the stated delivery slot. Driver helped me put the panels where i wanted them. Building this shed and any other shed is all about the preperation. I layed a flat base and treated all the wood panels before the build took place. I've never built a shed before but it took my brother and I 2.5 hours start to finish. It's definatly a two man job, dont try it on your own, you could do it but it would be hard going. The same shed can be had for half price on other web sites but i doubt the build quality and wood quality is close to this. The assembly is so so easy. The instuctions that come with the shed are fairly limited but its such a simple build they serve the purpose. Quality is very good, the shed is very strong. 10 out of ten from me. Well worth the extra money over cheaper ones. Thanks Tiger sheds.

Communication and delivery, all good. Shed is a good quality product, and would definitely recommend purchasing from Tiger sheds! Cheaper and much better than you will find at big DIY stores!
