Really pleased with shed quality and the general ordering and delivery process. Driver was helpful despite appalling weather on the day of delivery. I have only ped 1 star as the padlock and hasp were not with my delivery and I have not had a response to email. At the end of the day I should have checked before signing the delivery note but I still feel a little peeved I did not receive something I paid for. Overall- would recommend the product and service was generally good.

Arrived on time and fairly easy to assemble (although not many will put a shed in the middle of their garden - mine went in a corner which made the external nature of the fixings more of a faff). My only grouse is the window rebate being on the inside. My old shed is similar and I could never stop the rain getting in and ended up boarding the window over. Hopefully the copious amounts of mastic used this time will do the trick.

Excellent all round experience with Tigersheds from the minute I placed the order. I was kept fully informed of the shed being built in the factory and of course the all important delivery date. I was also most impressed with the quality of the shed and the ease with which it went together. Very clear instructions and all items carefully put together. The shed was deliveered when expected. Their were mot than enough nails and tacks for the job. Very well made and very easy to errect (two person job) Only thing missing was the window trim but i used some of the blocks you take off the bottom of the pannels. Well worth the money.

Delivery driver was exceptional. It was to an allotment plot that was about 100mtrs from the entrance. The driver not only unloaded but helped carry it all to the plot which was a great help. He arrived within the allotted time and was very friendly. Cannot fault his efforts/service. Would have been 5 star but start deducted as I had to chase up a delivery as it was 2wks after id received an email saying "you will receive a date soon" however once I contacted you it was sorted that day. Would happily use Tigersheds again infact thinking of ordering same shed for my garden at home! Thanks

I am resuming that 5 is the highest mark that I can give for the quality of the shed. I am delighted with it. Very easy to construct, beautiful finish and quality, Delivered by 7.30am, which was also perfect, I have already s[read the word about my great new shed and where it came from.
