All of our wooden buildings (Sheds, Summerhouses, Playhouses, Log Cabins, etc.) are made to order so your building will be made fresh for you.

We aim to keep a large stock of all accessories and extras listed on the website and therefore it is very unusual for any of the advertised products to be out of stock. However, if you do order an accessory or extra item that is subsequently found to be out of stock, we will endeavour to have it produced and delivered in the time stated. If this is not possible we will find a suitable replacement, at your approval, or reimburse your payment for the item in full.

In addition to the on-screen order confirmation page, a confirmation email will be sent to you if you have provided a correct email address.

If you have ordered over the telephone, a sales team representative will confirm the order has been placed and the payment has been received. This representative will also issue you with your own unique order/reference number which you should record and keep safe for your own records and any future correspondence.

You can track your order using the 'track your order' facility. Simply enter your full delivery postcode and unique order reference number to view which stage of the process your order is at.

Tiger Sheds and Log Cabins - 20 year Timber Guarantee covering against any general timber rot or decay.

Tiger Elite Pressure Treated Sheds - 20 year Timber Guarantee covers the range of Tanalised buildings against general timber rot and decay.

Kasp Security Products - The Kasp range of items come with a 10 year guarantee against defects in manufacture on all mechanical security products, and a full 12 months guarantee on all electronic security products.

Asgard Metal Sheds - All Asgard metal sheds come with a 10 year anti-perforation warranty.

In general our manufacturers offer a full 12 month parts warranty upon all their products. Some manufacturers also offer an extended guarantee on certain product ranges, in such cases this will be clearly marked on the product page and full details and terms of these guarantees can be found on our product guarantee page.

With online orders or any order paid for by card, funds are taken at the point of purchase and orders processed the same day.

For any order paid for by cheque or bank transfer, the order will be processed on receipt of payment.

To place an order through our secure website, you would simply need to follow the steps online to the checkout. When filling in your details, please make sure you give as much information as possible about your delivery address, access and anything else you feel will be helpful to us.

You can also call our sales staff to place an order over the phone. If the building you wish to order is bespoke we can discuss your requirements and place your order. You can also send us a message and request that a member of our team call you using the Quick Contact Form.


You can place your order right now online via our secure and encrypted server. Alternatively if you would feel more comfortable you can also place an order by calling our sales team on 0113 205 4189. 

Whether you opt to pay online or over the phone we are now able to accept the following major credit and debit cards; Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, American Express, MasterCard, Maestro (formerly Switch) and Solo.

If you require payment by cheque of bank transfer, please contact our sales staff and a Pro Forma will be raised for you with all relevant payment information.

With any order paid for by card, payment is taken at the point of purchase.

No, VAT is already included in the price shown.

You will not have to pay any additional charges for your credit card payment. You will pay only the price that is shown.

You can order over the phone or online and choose a finance option using Klarna in the order checkout. There are several options, such as Pay In 3 and 0% Interest Free Credit. Credit options will require a 10% deposit as standard (excluding Pay In 3). For more information please click here.

Please note your credit agreement will need to be confirmed by Klarna before the order can proceed, and Tiger has no involvement in Klarna's decision.

We can accept a deposit in certain circumstances. 

For example, if you prefer to split your payment between paying by card and part by finance we may be able to help. 

Please note, all deposits are agreed at our discretion, and may not affect any decision on your credit application which is made independently by Klarna. 

Only deposits by card will be accepted, and your order will not be fully processed until payment is completed or your credit application is confirmed.


Once you click on the checkout button you will notice that you are moved to our 100% safe data encrypted secure server. This will be signified by a padlock icon towards the bottom (or top) status bar of your web browser and in some cases a pop-up message advising that you have entered a secure zone. By clicking on the padlock icon you can see all the details about our secure server.

When you submit your card details the information will be encrypted prior to leaving your computer and remain encrypted until it is received by our secure payments provider. Once the payment has been processed and the order accepted you will receive an online order confirmation, a copy of which will also be sent to you via email.

At point of order we will collect all the information required to process and complete your order such as name, address, telephone number, email and card details. We may also collect personal information should you enter a competition or register for the site in any way. Primarily this information will only be used to complete your order or satisfy your requests. Occasionally, we may use this information to inform you of any special offers or products that we think you may be interested in. At any point where we do collect your details on site you will always find an opt-out option where you can specify if you do not want to be contacted regarding any future offers.

We may also store browser generated information (such as cookies) which helps us to learn the on site behaviour of our customers and will only be used to develop our site in order to improve your shopping experience.
