Will I be contacted to confirm the delivery?

You will be contacted at least three working days in advance of the delivery to confirm when we aim to arrive with you. You will be given a confirmed date and estimated two-hour arrival time. Unless the date has been pre-agreed or there is an agreement to deliver in your absence, we will need to confirm the booking with you in order for the delivery to go ahead.
