Shed was delivered on time after the promised phonecall. The driver humped the parts to the right part of the garden and gave advice on erection in the rather restricted space. I erected the shed singlehanded in about 8 hours including a coat of Forest Green cuprinol on the exterior. (my wife didn't like the rather lurid orange colour which is standard). Admittedly I had a level paving base to erect it on. A good solid product which went together easily and is good value for money.

Judging by the website and ease of purchase I assumed that this Shed purchase would go smoothly. I ordered the Masterstore online, Tiger Sheds rang me a few days later to confirm a delivery day/time (less than the stated 10 day delivery window), they delivered the shed early in the delivery slot, the shed components were all perfectly unloaded, the shed went together beautifully (took me 3 hours on my own) and I am extremely pleased with my purchase. This is the perfect kind of online transaction. The easiest purchase process, all the transaction work is done by the retailer, the goods were delivered perfectly and well wintin time and the final product is as good as advertised if not better. I can't recommend Tiger Sheds enough and I will be using them again later in the summer to order another shed...as my new Tiger Sheds Master Store makes my old shed look rubbish! :D

I am very pleased with my shed which arrived exactly at the appointed time. It was easy to assemble and included all fixings and roofing felt and was of very acceptable quality. One slight critisicism was that the glazing material supplied was semi transparent and no sealant or wooden beading was included. The assembly instructions suggested that sealant should be used and an alternative to beading was the use of nails (supplied) to retain the glazing sheets in place. I ordered and paid for the suggested "shed preservative" but this was "out of stock". As neither the delivery driver, nor the Sales Department could say when this item would be available, I asked for a refund and this was immediately agreed and promptly made. I would recommend this company and its products.

Got a 'phone call a few days beforehand to say when shed would be delivered - within a 2 hour time slot. Delivered on time and without fuss. Easy enough to erect - a two-man job and completed in an afternoon. Instructions were perfectly adequate. Now it's up, it seems solid and well-made. I went for a windowless version, which may have made things slightly easier. I'm happy with the product and would recommend it wholeheartedly.

The Shed arrived on time, the instructions were easy to follow, and the shed went up in under 4 hours. One tip is to paint the underside of the base before you start - worth knowing to avoid an initial delay when starting the erection. Quality, solid product.

It was an absolute pleasure buying my cabin from Tiger. I was kept d with every stage of the process, delivery time quoted was accurate and a very friendly staff. Delivery driver was prompt and was happy to oblige when I asked him to unload at the rear of my property (a cup of tea sweetened the deal!) Also, glad I ordered installation, which came a few days after deliery. They were extremely quick, came in the morning, I was in my cabin by the afternoon. Thank you so much.

The building arrived at the time specified and securely packed - maybe too securely as there were a few crush injuries to some roof boards. The build process was quick and easy and I have since had many compliments on its looks, design and construction. I purchased it after helping build a similar one for my daughter and being impressed by the quality of the timber and precision machining of the parts which all fitted together impeccably and I found the same with mine. I have a few very minor moans though. The price ped about 10% between ordering and delivery! I guess that's just the luck of the draw even though the shed claimed to be a special price with a time limit which prompted me to order earlier than I intended. I have a large number of fixings, both screws and nails left over and don't know where I should have used them. It would be helpful to indicate how many nails to use per roof plank ( 2 nails per purlin and wall top and you run out, 1 in each and you have many left) There are irritating spelling errors on the instructions (eg purling instead of purlin and baton instead of batten) The web site has contradictory information about delivery - one place says there needs to be someone on hand to help off load heavy parts and in another place it states that buildings are offloaded by crane. And finally the only thing actually wrong with the building - the barge boards were cut at the wrong angle for the shallow roof I ordered.

The driver Nick deserves 5 stars as he went above and beyond a normal delivery driver.When he saw i had mobility problems he put all the parts into an existing summerhouse in the order that the final build would be and all i had to do was wait for the weather to improve, to build my new 6x4 shiplap super apex shed.A couple of minor points i should mention are,the instructions are useless hard to understand,take extra time to look to make sure the roof panels are put on properly as there are a couple of ways they could go but only the one corect way obviously.Other than that the build was a piece of cake.Plenty of roof felt is supplied even allowing plent of overlaping.When the shed was finished it looked narrow and after measuring the finished shed the outside width is only 46" not 48" so 2" narrower than advertised.That all said i am thrilled with the shed and my neighbour is impressed and is going to order one.Would recommend to anyone go Tiger go. Sorry for any typo's

Very pleased with my 7x5 shed. Well made and straightforward to erect. Good quality t/g timber roof and floor. Excellent service from delivery man who carried everything into the garden without any help. Only criticism is of the instruction sheet, one A4 sheet containing all the text and drawings. So the text is very small indeed and needs to be enlarged for realistic use. I didn't like the Forest Green solvent treatment.

Very impressed with the sturdy construction of this shed and the fact that shed was delivered as p[romised within two hour time slot. Shed was very easy to assemble and whole thing took less than two hours with an 84 year old assisting. Only minor criticism I have is that I would have preferred coach bolts to hold sections together rather than coach screws.

Ordered the Tiger Penthouse for the garden as I needed to replace a greenhouse due to the wind for ever blowing the panels out and fed up chasing them over the garden and putting them back in. As I only used the greenhouse as a potting shed - I thought this shed would be ideal. It went up easy and and the instructions were good. I now have a "posh" potting shed that is the envy of friends. Suppose I will need to keep it tidy though as there are so many windows everyone will be able to see in!!!! Thanks to the delivery chaps and the customer service team for all their help - what a great product.

The Shed is GREAT and adorns the garden really well. I was very happy with the service, although I had to wait over 2 weeks for delivery.
