Perfect from order to delivery and delivery was 10 mins before 9.00 - 11.00 time slot (how many companies offer you this service). Decided to order from Tiger after reading the reviews and viewing the product on the website (whoever designed the website wants a bonus it is excellent). If you want a quality shed and quality service order from Tiger. One thing I think could be improved though is the fixing arrangement of the roof on the apex sheds, the centre pieces should be angled so they butt up to each other thus allowing you to screw together easily from the inside, as they are it is near impossible to fasten together.

I was initially disappointed that my shed did not arrive within the timeframe I had put aside with a colleague to put the shed up. I did however receive a very detailed email from a manager at Tiger Sheds who took time to explain the immense logistics involved and it was clear to see that that they are in great demand. Although I have not put my shed up yet I have applied a second coat to what I consider to be the best quality shed I have come across in many years (I am retired) and it was good to learn that they are made to order and not stored over a long period of time ahead of delivery. The young man who delivered my shed was exceptionally professional and curteous and put the shed precisely where I needed it single handedly. I am thoroughly pleased with my shed and cannot wait for it to be put up by a friend of mine at the end of September. I highly recommend Tiger Sheds to anyone who is looking for a top quality shed made with care and precision and is obviously built to last. Ron Wilbraham

Bought this cabin as we needed a nice outdoor space in summer, and we love it. The outdoor shelter was the appeal of this building, as we can have a barbecue even when it's raining. Great service throughout, I was called before delivery, and the installation happened the same week. Really good quality, strong and it looks great. Well happy!

A beautiful, good quality item, completely fit for purpose. Has tidied up unsightly and bright gas cylinders at back of house. Service from company - excellent - delivery men took item exactly where we needed it. Good value item. Recommended.

As with a previous reviewer, the shed experience was spoiled somewhat by delay and complete lack of communication from tigerbox. This was a shame because the delay wasn't even a problem to me, its just that no one gave any details of how long, why, when I should expect delivery... nothing, even when I rang them. The website advertised 15 days eventually resolved to 6 weeks. When delivery was finally arranged, it was on time, very helpful driver unloaded exactly where I asked. During the build I found one of the logs was damaged and needed to be replaced. Replacement arrived in about a week, which was good as I couldn't get the roof on until I got that piece. Apart from that one bad log it was complete and very good quality although some quadrant for the glazing would be nice. (I'm going to get some I think to tidy that up.) Assembly was very simple once the first layer was in place. The floor seemed a bit small but apparently this is to allow for expansion (makes sense but should say so in the instructions). A few small pieces of the tongues had broken off whilst the shed was in transit and were lodged in the grooves, which made getting the bits nicely together a bit difficult if you don't notice. Nailing the roof on, you have to be quite careful to ensure the nails go in straight to ensure the don't stick out anywhere. Now its up and painted it does look very nice and much to good for the lawnmower, chairs and barbecue.

We bought this building for the kids to use during summer, and I think I love it as much as them! The quality of the building is so lovely, the problem is working out what colour to paint it! Really excellent building and feels like it will last forever, thank you Tiger Sheds

Delivered as promised with arranged time slot which was great! Good quality, easy to assemble and kids love it. The 2 storey playhut is a real hit, and safe for the kids to play in. Worth every penny and highly recommended.

Shed was delivered on time and the delivery driver was more than happy to help my wife move it into my patio. Very impressed by the build quality as everything is dead square and neat. With a nice level base it went together easily but it is definately a two man job. I used screws in some places too out of preference rather than necessity. It's a great shed.

This is our second Tiger Shed and I can't fault the quality of the sheds or ease of errection. I'm guessing that it was a slightly busier time than normal as the order took 15 working days to arrive with us (would have been nice to have been told about the delay proactively by Tiger customer services, but not a big issue). The delivery driver was great and very helpful. Would recommend Tiger Sheds without hesitation.

easy to order and navigate the site to the product. Delivery was quicker than i expected, delivery driver put it safely where we wanted it. built in less than 3 hours with a first coat of protection. great quality and easy to follow instructions. Would give more than 5 stars if i could. many thanks.
