Five stars for product and customer after care but not without problems. This is the downside. The cabin took 32 days to arrive. The roof did not fit the gable end cutouts as the roof spars were fixed in the wrong place. I rectified this by moving the spars but as they are fixed with dozens of staples this left two rows of staple holes visible in the roof both inside the cabin and outside in the porch overhang. The window catch was broken. The key was missing for the door lock. Contacting anyone in the first 25 days by phone was very difficult as no one seemed to answer. The upside. Everyone at Tiger was very friendly and helpful. Once my cabin arrived it was very easy to contact customer services by phone or email !!? The problems were sorted out very quickly and efficiently and Tiger did offer to send new gable ends but as the weather window was good I wanted to crack on with the build - up to this point the cabin was built to roof height. The cabin build was extremely easy. Better to follow the pictorial instructions rather than the written. It only took me 2 hours to get the walls and roof on and this was on my own. The roof panels are large and heavy so x 2 people would be better to lift these. The floor is already made up and I placed this on a wood bearer frame with adjustable heavy duty feet that made leveling the base so easy. I recommend this method. If your floor is not 100% level you will regret this when you come to fit the doors and windows so do make sure that it is so. The cabin dimensions provided on the website in the Floor plan are accurate and I built the floor bearer frame to these and it was spot on. I ordered the red felt tiles and these look amazing and ooze quality. So much better than a black felt sheeted roof. The instructions advise that a felt underlay is not required below the tiles but I fitted one and would again recommend this route. Felt underlay can be bought in a 3m x 1m roll for £22 from B&Q The quality of the cabin is top notch and there was no damage to the logs. These are tongue and groove so I was relieved to see that were not damaged. I pretreated the outside of the cabin walls, window and doors with Cuprinol Wood Preserver at a cost of £45 Bit pricey but worth it. This is like a very thin liquid so goes on easy. Instructions on can says allow 2 - 5 days to dry but it dried after one night. I finished off with Cuprinol paint - Country White and Mapleleaf (green) for the highlights. 2 x coats. Guttering was fitted to finish off. Overall the finished look is fantastic with the Georgian windows and doors in contrasting colours. So, in conclusion, I think it was well worth spending the money on this type pf cabin over a garden shed as it is now a feature in my garden and all my neighbours have commented on my 'posh shed'. Apart from the teething issues at the start, I would recommend Tiger Cabins for this price bracket.

Excellent quality sturdy shed, at a good price. Delivered as promised. Assembled for us on schedule by 2 efficient and polite men. They even moved it over a bit once finished, when I changed my mind about its position. Highly recommended.

Really happy with this shed - so much better quality than your average DIY store overlap shed so definitely worth the money. Bit of confusion over delivery arrangements and took over three weeks as opposed to the 15 day estimate, however I have still gone ahead and ordered another shed for my daughter because other than the time factor, I am completely satisfied with the product. Delivery was exactly at specified time, driver telephoned to say he was on his way and delivered the shed in good condition - thank you for that.

I had the 10x8 Javan. Delivery exactly as specified. Well packed with only one piece broken of which there were extra pieces anyway. Instructions - only fairly easy to follow and it took two days to put up, which was as expected. All components fit together without any modifications. Felt for roof, there was only just enough, wish I'd had the shingles option. My advice would be to unpack and separate the components into their respective places this will help you identify what's what. I gave mine a treatment of clear preservative to all the joints as it went up.

This is our second 8x6 shed from Tiger, this time for a rental property and once again we are delighted with both quality and service. Our own is now painted forest green and is a very practical and attractive addition to the garden

Shed as described and went together well. Very pleased with the shed for the price. A friend had a similar product from a competitor and you could see gaps through the panels, so I would highly recommend this shed for the same price. Delivered on time and the driver was helpful in carrying the shed to where I needed it.

Shed quality seems very good and I can't fault the delivery time and arrangements. I was kept up to date and the shed arrived bang on time. My only criticism relates to the instructions which, as others have also mentioned, could be better. That being said, the whole thing only took a few hours to put together.

Would definitely recommend the 8 x 6 Apex Shed. It is a good quality shed, looks fantastic in the garden and, most of all, was very easy to assemble. If you do intend to paint your Tiger Shed, ensure you pick a good quality paint/preserver as the orange colour of the shed is can be hard to cover if you pick a poor quality paint or too light a shade.

Delta 20x12. Good quality solid shed that was a simple to erect in one and half days by myself and one helper using only simple hand tools.Just take your time and make sure everything is fitted snugly. The bitumen roof covering seemed very lightweight quality but has proved ok up to now but will probably need battening down for winter.Plan to spend more on a proper roof covering or go with with the shingle offer.But otherwise everything was OK.

A very simple shed to erect,with only basic tools my wife and me done it in a few hours then two hours to apply the roof covering. Once erected it is a sturdy shed that looks really good once treated and hopefully will last a good few years.

A fantastic product. Well thought out and engineered. It arrived spot on time as requested. It was put up just by myself and occasional assistance of my wife in one weekend, working hard from dawn to dusk. Only one of the logs was out of tolerance and needed altering with a chisel. Also a few minor items needed shortening with a saw, no problem. My main problem with the whole experience is that I had ordered the construction team, who where sub contractors and had not contacted me in the week after arrival. As I was under a strict time limit I had to cancel them and erect the garage myself. I have also received a full refund for the construction costs. I would recommend this product and would buy again from tigersheds especially as I now know how easy it is to self construct.

It took me many weeks to decide what shed to order and where to buy it from and I'm so pleased I decided on Tigersheds. Excellent quality and delivered on time by a very helpful driver.Well worth waiting for!! Only negative was that the installation team took over a week to come and put it together. Now painted in Seagreen, the shed brightens up my garden and is the envy of my neighbours.
