My potting shed arrived on time. I am delighted with the quality of the product which two of us were able to assemble with relative ease. It would have been better if the enclosed instructions were actually for the potting shed I had purchased as we had to go back on line and study photographs of our shed in order to fit the window piece and shelving accurately. I would highly recommend both the services of Tigersheds and the quality of its product. Excellent value for money and a really good looking potting shed. Thank you.

Where 5 is the best! Quite a long wait for manufacture and delivery but worth the wait. Building of excellent quality and no scrimoing on nails, felt, extras. Bright colour a bit OTT but gave it two coats of Ronseal lught oak and it looks great!

Bought the corner summerhouse. Excellent quality for the price. We erected it ourselves. Did wait a bit longer for delivery and had to purchase beading for the windows. But i am still very pleased with my purchase. Painted it with wild thyme & country cream. It is now a feature in my garden.

This shed came at a really competitive price and is easy to construct. The delivery driver, James, was very cheery and friendly. He used our drive and unloaded the shed to the side of our house, rather than kerb side like most delivery men. He even offered to take it round the back if we had so wished. Only reason I'm grading as 4 stars not 5 is a that the roof panels don't quite sit in line at the front and rear. This can't be rectified as the internal roof truss allows for only very minimal movement. However the roof felt ensures it is still waterproof and the finials cover the area so there's no real problem.

Order process was well organised with e mail s on progress and ability to check on line. Delivery was on the day and time agreed. Driver was extremely helpful. Easy instructions to follow for erection of the shed and the online video was very helpful. My wife and I erected the shed without any problems. I am pleased with the quality of the timber for the cost. In particular 'proper' wood for the floor and roof panels not compressed shavings like some alternatives. Overall very pleased. Just 1 comment that would improve the service if the nails were in separate bags rather than all together in 1 bag.

although I was a ltitle disappointed that the shed took longer than I had anticipated to be delivered (had not read the terms and conditions and felt delivery terms should be in a banner rather than hidden in T & C on a separate page) I was overwhlemed with the drivers attitude and high quality customer service. Nothing was too much trouble and he carried the shed to exactly where I wanted it left. It is a long time since I have experienced such amazing customer care and interaction from a delivery person. Well done Tigersheds for employing such customer focused staff............ would highly recommend your products and staff to anyone.
