The shed arrived in the scheduled window and was unloaded exactly where the customer wanted it. It did take longer to make than your advertised lead time, however, the customer successfully transferred it to the back garden where there was a concrete base for it. Getting the floor into exactly the right place on the base was not easy, and was eventually achieved with the assistance of the neighbour's grandchildren, after which the remainder of the erection was straightforward. The only remaining issue was that two elderly people with failing eyesight had considerable difficulty finding the key, and if there was a cover supplied for the keyhole, they never did find it. It is an excellent shed now it is erected, but I have knocked off a star for all the niggles.

Very pleased with my Tiger Shed - although only 7 x 5 it has a proper wooden floor! Most sheds of this size come with a chipboard floor. Very good quality and value for money. Good service all round from delivery to the installation which was quick and professional.

After ordering the shed, we were kept informed of the progress of the build and delivery status, prior to delivery we received confirmation and as requested the shed was on time. The shed is very good value and quality and came with full instructions and fitting kit, it takes between 1 an 2 hours to complete the assembly.

Potting shed delivered on a Sunday morning. Looks fine. Only problem is that perspex instead of glass was sent. This will be changed as soon as possible.

First class service from start to delivery. excellent communications and friendly staff. Delivery on time and the driver carried all the sections in and stacked them for me. Delivered whilst I was at work but my neighbour, who was around at the time, said the shed was delivered in the time slot allocated and that the delivery driver was a really really nice guy and very professional. I was contacted soon after by the installer who was very flexible and happy to leave it for me to contact him with some dates which suited me. By good fortune he happened to be in the area and called by when I was on an unplanned working form home day, again fortuitous but most convenient. they cracked on with the job and provided some advice around the base.
