Bought a pent cycle store on the strength of others reviews. Very pleased. Ordering process easy, communication during manufacture is reassuring but I found it to be inaccurate. Status went to 'in manufacture' on time but a few days before it was due for delivery I got a message delaying it for 3 weeks. Clearly it was nowhere near manufacture. Eventually turned up though and quality is good, as promised. Easy enough to erect ad it holds its shape well. Two suggestions to improve 1) the assembly instructions are adequate but generic and can be improved greatly. 2) provide two keys not one.

My wife and I found it easy to unpack because we laid it down on its side onto a large piece of wood, thereby nothing got broken when we undid it. It took us a little while to realise that the blocks on the backs and sides were only there to protect the tongue & groove from becoming damaged. It may help to tell purchasers that.

The shed was ordered on !7/09/18 and delivered 04/10/18 - excellent service & we were advised at each stage what was going on. Delivery driver arrived about 5 minutes before scheduled time and was friendly and very helpful. As a family this is the third Tiger product we have purchased (eldest son purchased 7 x 5 pent shed & youngest son a 6 x 5 bike shed). All have been really well constructed from good quality wood and were complete with all nails & felt etc. that was needed. I have no hesitation in recommending Tiger products - excellent quality at a good price.

Th shed itself was of good quality however it was sent with the wrong instructions so I had to go to the website to find the correct one. Also I was missing a coach bolt from the pack. There was 7 in the pack instead of 8!
