Very happy with both the product and the service. I was kept fully d on the progress of my order at all times. The day I was advised of delivery was followed by a call from the erection team to advise that they would attend the following day. This gave me time to coat the back and one end of the shed prior to assembly , as after erection I would not be able to access these two panels. The delivery driver was most helpful. As I am 69 years of age I was dreading having the shed just left on the verge outside. No need to worry, the driver placed the shed exactly where I wanted it. The assembly team arrived as promised, and quickly assembled the shed to my satisfaction. In all, I am very happy with both the product and the service and would recommend Tiger Sheds to anyone.

Excellent experience throughout. Great product at a good price. Really helpful delivery driver who delivered exactly when he said he would after driving to Scotland from Leeds for free delivery. Two suggestions for improvements: (1) the instructions were understandable and we had no problems - but I think the clarity could be improved. Putting them over several pages rather than trying to get it all on one page would give more space for explanation and make them more readable. (2) the hinges on the opening windows could be better quality. These are just suggestions for improvements and didn’t detract from what was an excellent experience overall - thanks

Easy to order. Correspondence fine. Delivery quick and arrived within slotted time. Great service. Larger shed not quite that easy to build as you're fitting two single huts together. Instructions minimal but it's not rocket science. Had trouble butting up the two floor bases and the four roof panels were not the easiest to handle and manoeuvre. Definitely need two strong people for this size of shed.

Prompt delivery, helpfully into the back garden. The wood store was simple to erect and all the components were in the pack. I especially appreciated the fact there were extra screws & nails! Feels sturdy and looks good.

Having ordered a potting shed via the web on a Saturday confirmation was received first thing the following Monday morning. Shortly after, a delivery date of two weeks was advised. The day before delivery I was contacted by the installation team to say they would be on-site the day after delivery. The delivery took place as advised and the driver could not have been more helpful. Being 69 years of age I dreaded the thought of my shed being dumped at the kerbside. The driver helped me carry the shed into my garden, he did 66% and I, 34% of the carrying. The installation team arrived the following day as promised and soon had erected my shed to my satisfaction. The whole experience ran like clockwork with one very happy customer.
