High quality and highly insulated, the Tiger Modular Certus garden room has been designed as a prefabricated modular SIP panel construction. Clad in Thermowood® (or natural Cedar if you prefer), the Certus comes with a choice of high-spec double-glazed aluminium-framed door systems – Bifold, Sliding or Double Door (with fixed pane) – as standard.
Secure and insulated, a Tiger Modular Certus can certainly be big on space – with sizes stretching well over the size of the average living room, about 7m2 more*! It’s small on stress though - as the majority of your Certus will be studiously fabricated in the Tiger Modular workshop in Yorkshire and then expertly installed by our friendly team, there’s no fuss or mess (because we clear the site afterwards). From foundations to finish – including floors and electrics – on-site construction of your new garden room takes less than a week.

All Tiger Modular garden rooms have composite walls using multiple layers of timber for the weatherboard, battens and rockwool as well as plasterboard and skim to create a 200mm thick strong and insulating barrier. This allows for excellent thermal control, regulating for warmth in winter and cool in summer.
Our timber is sustainably sourced, using slow grown high grade softwoods. Each building design starts and finishes in our Yorkshire workshop, where we know we can oversee and maintain the high standards that set us apart from the competition.
The 225mm thick composite roof is made of durable trisomet panels set on natural timber framing to insulate and protect your perfect space for decades. The sleek lines and high grade finish is at once both classic and contemporary, and comes with a 40 Year Guarantee.
Aluminium framed doors and windows are supplied double glazed, and fitted with secure 5-lever mortice locks advanced protection. Exterior and internal lighting, wall mounted heating, multiple electrical sockets and high grade laminate flooring options and full installation all are included as standard – and supplemented by a range of high quality accessories.
From just adding an extra window, to something completely original, our expertise means we can help you add your personality into your perfect space. As we design and make all Tiger Modular buildings ourselves, we can be much more flexible than the competition – and much more creative!
All our windows and doors are double glazed as standard for added insulation, security and sound-proofing.
Tiger Modular buildings are completed in a natural wooden finish, to fit in with your garden environment. This can be painted or treated with our branded TigerSkin® Wood Protector to help maintain your building and keep it looking fresh and new with a natural appeal.
