Tall Sheds

Tall Sheds

At Tiger Sheds, we offer sheds in a broad range of sizes and heights, including a collection of tall garden sheds which are ideal for our particularly tall customers, or anyone who’s likely to need more headroom than the standard shed offers for storage. We’ve worked with quality timber for over a hundred years, and today, all our tall sheds are made from pine or spruce softwood sourced in Europe, so you can count on our products for both performance and longevity.

If you’re struggling to work out which type of shed is most suited to your home – and your needs – head over to our Buyer’s Guide to Choosing a Garden Shed for more information about the different options available.

Tall Shed Benefits

There are many benefits to our collection of tall garden sheds, but most notably, they offer more space in the form of additional headroom – which can be ideal for storing bulky tools or stacking boxes. With enough height, you can even fit custom overhead storage solutions like shelves and racks, that enable you to hang bikes or gardening equipment in the eaves.

With more internal space, tall wooden sheds are also suited to a wider range of uses – for instance, they’re a great choice for a workshop or den where you can spend time on your hobbies. This versatility is part of what makes our tall wooden sheds such a popular choice.

Tall Garden Shed Styles

When you choose a tall shed, you’ll also have the opportunity to browse a selection of different cladding styles and roof shapes. Here are the main options we offer:

  • Tongue and groove cladding. With tongue and groove cladding, each log board either has a slot or protruding tongue, to create flush joins that are durable and weatherproof.
  • Loglap cladding. Loglap cladding fits together using the interlocking design of tongue and groove cladding, but the logs have a curved exterior side to emulate the look of real logs.
  • Shiplap cladding. Featuring an interlocking edge and smooth recess in each log, shiplap cladding has a smooth exterior that’s completely waterproof.
  • Pressure treated cladding. The timber for our pressure treated sheds is submerged in an advanced wood preservative, making this an extremely resilient and long-lasting choice.
  • Overlap cladding. Overlap is a traditional type of cladding for garden sheds that delivers exceptional value for money, with the bottom of one board covering the top of the next.
  • Apex rooves. Apex rooves offer a traditional aesthetic, with two sloping panels meeting at a peak – they’re strong, long-lasting, and simple to construct.
  • Pent rooves. Tall sheds with pent rooves provide excellent overhead storage space, and they also have a pleasing modern finish.
