Pick A Day

This service is available on all TigerFlex^® buildings and selected other Tiger^® structures.

You will be able to select your preferred delivery date from a calendar of available days as you progress through the order checkout. Usually the lead time on these products is a minimum of 5 working days, but you can select dates well into the future if you need to.

Standard deliveries are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. There is the option of Saturday delivery (before 2pm) or Evening delivery (before 9pm) on weekdays – please note these are not always available, and may incur a surcharge if chosen for these premium options.

Saturday and Evening delivery is not currently available to Northern Ireland or non-mainland UK addresses as standard, please call for availability.

Pick A Week

This service is available on Tiger buildings and selected other structures not already covered by Pick A Day.

You will be able to select your preferred delivery week from a calendar of available weeks as you progress through the order checkout. Usually the lead time on these products is a minimum of 10 working days, but you can select dates well into the future if you need to. The week you select as your preferred delivery week is the one Tiger will aim to deliver in – the exact delivery appointment will be confirmed with you by email and/or text closer to the time.

This service is not currently available to Northern Ireland or non-mainland UK addresses as standard, please call for availability.

EXPRESS & NEXT WORKING DAY

This service is available only on selected TigerFlex and Swift buildings shown as EXPRESS or NEXT DAY DELIVERY.

These will be sent via an express courier network suitable for the building, and you will be contacted by the courier to notify you of the likely arrival time of your order to your delivery address. This service is only available for weekday (Monday-Friday) orders placed before the advised threshold, usually 12pm. Please note that in some cases for operational reasons delivery may not be feasible for the next working day: in such instances delivery will be made as soon as operationally possible thereafter which you will be advised on. When you are ordering an express or next day service, we will process that order on the understanding that there is no issue with access to your property to make a kerbside delivery using a large lorry. Any subsequent requirement to redeliver will be on a normal service, and may incur a redelivery charge.

This service is not currently available to Northern Ireland or non-mainland UK addresses.

Delivery Lead Times

The lead times shown on specific product pages are a guide the time it will take Tiger to manufacture your timber garden building. As you know, we make to order so the wood needs to be milled, shaped, joined into doors, windows, and other tongue & groove panels, finished, and packed and then dispatched on a delivery run to your area. We will make every effort to complete on time but please note that lead-time delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and can vary to be both earlier or later than this guide time.

We do not consider the estimated delivery dates as part of the contract and are under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver unless the delay

you have specifically made ‘time of the essence’ in writing

Tiger Modular garden rooms: The lead times shown for Tiger Modular garden rooms are an estimated delivery time at point of order. The production and delivery of your specified garden room will be confirmed after your complimentary Home Survey visit to ensure that all details for your room and its installation can be implemented efficiently and effectively.

DELIVERY CHARGES

There will be no delivery charge for the delivery service providing you are based within the stated free delivery postcode zone as shown on the Delivery Maps above (and on the postcode search). Please note if you order a garden building outside of its standard free delivery zone, the lead time may be extended. Adding certain upgrades may also affect the overall lead time of your order – this information will be shown as you place your order. If you require any delivery information, please contact us through the website or call 0113 2054189 during office hours.

On Delivery

The delivery of goods will take place at the address you have specified in the order. The delivery can be made without anyone present if we receive permission from you at least 3 working days before the delivery date. If nobody is home to accept the building when we deliver, we reserve the right to leave the building in what we consider a safe and accessible place, we consider a driveway or front garden as a safe place.

If our vehicle cannot reach your property, the goods may be left at the nearest safe and accessible point.

Tiger garden buildings: Please note, the Pro-Installation Service is currently only available for Log Cabins. Instructions are available for all Tiger buildings.

Tiger Modular garden rooms: Installation is included for garden rooms.

All products are delivered directly to your address for installation, once any base preparation required have been implemented and approved. You will need to create an appropriate space close to the intended building site for our driver to deliver to.

All deliveries must be signed for unless this has been agreed in advance.

General sheds and garden buildings: (kerbside delivery only)
Most garden buildings are delivered flat packed in single panels and unloaded on arrival. You will need to create an appropriate space close to your kerbside for our driver to deliver the building to.

Log cabins and larger garden buildings: (kerbside delivery only)
All log cabin and larger garden buildings are delivered kerbside only. Once you have been advised of a specific delivery date, please ensure that someone is available to assist in the off loading of the product. This person must be present at the time of delivery and capable of lifting items up to 25kg, we only send out one driver and some items are up to 50kg in weight. Most models will be delivered on a flat bed vehicle and need to be off-loaded piece by piece by yourself (or the person you have left to accept the delivery) and the driver. Consideration should be given to the size and weight of the building. If you have restricted access please let us know at the time of ordering. Tiger Cabin branded products are made from kiln dried timber and must be covered if they are to be stored outside prior to construction and treatment. This is to prevent moisture/rain from warping and rotting the timber and unless you plan to store the product inside, you will need tarpaulins or similar to provide cover for the wood.
