Great Garden Prize draw rules
The prizes for the draw are as follows ("Prizes"): the top prize is a cash prize of £1000, with 10 pairs of tickets for the RHS Tatton Park Show 2023. The Great Garden Prize Draw is only available to UK residents. There is no charge for entry. Entrants must be over 18 years of age. The eligible period runs from 20^th July 2022 until 31^st August 2022. Employees and immediate family members of employees of either Tiger, 3rd party suppliers and their associated companies, professional advisers, advertising, and promotional agencies are not eligible to take part in the Prize Draw. To enter the Prize Draw without ordering a product, simply order a Tiger brochure, order a Tiger garden building from tigersheds.com or submit a prize draw entry at rigersheds.com/page/greatgarden. Only one entry per person is permitted. The winners will be selected at random. Tiger shall notify the selected winners by email within 14 days of the Prize Draw. If the Prize is declined or unclaimed by a winner, or if the winner cannot be contacted from the details supplied within 10 working days of notification a replacement winner may be drawn at Tiger’s discretion and will be notified by the website. The original entry that was drawn will then be forfeited. Prizes are non-transferable, and are not exchangeable for cash . The name of the winner will be available upon receipt of an email sent to us. We shall ask winners to take part in any associated publicity relating to the Prize Draw, where required, but it will not be compulsory. Tiger cannot accept responsibility for or liability arising from participants taking part in the Prize Draw or for the Prize. Tiger gives no warranty or guarantee in relation to the Prize. To the fullest extent that may be excluded by the law Tiger accepts no responsibility for or liability arising from entrants taking part in the Prize. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
